Today is the day observed by malayalees as ‘Keralappiravy dinam’. sixty four years have been completed since the formation of the state Kerala.Needless to say that these sixty four years have seen development in various fields which spread the name and fame of the state all across the globe.Every keralite can feel proud of the achievements of our malayalanadu.
The erstwhile Thiruvithamkoor, Kochi. and Malabar got integrated to form our present Kerala state.After the attainment of Independence ,there had been clamour all over the country for the division of the country into states on the basis of a common language.The birth of Kerala can be traced back to this.
