Kerala on Thursday reported 7,482 new cases of Covid-19, informed Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.56,093 samples were tested in the past 24 hours. 6,448 developed the disease through contact. Among them, the virus source of 844 is unknown.7,593 recoveries were also reported on Thursday. 23 deaths were confirmed in the state taking the COVID death toll to 1,255.
