71,270 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. So far, 48,60,812 samples, including those collected from priority groups as part of sentinel surveillance, were sent for testing.
10 new Covid hotspots were identified in the state on Wednesday while 24 regions were removed from the list. There are a total of 638 hotspots in the state.
